Annual Conference 2020
A memo from the Webmaster:
2020 was a difficult year. The first confirmed cases of Covid-19 were reported in the US in early to mid-January. By the end of March, there were already 5,000+ deaths in the US and that number would continue to climb. Businesses began to close or limit occupancy, toilet paper began to sell out, and mask/social distancing mandates were beginning to be discussed by health departments across the country.
Hospitals and radiology programs locally scrambled to implement social distancing measures including limiting travel to events. Because of this, the MoSRT decided it was in everyone’s best interest to cancel the 2020 conference.
Submissions had already been received and awards ready to be given to those that earned them. Those individuals were recognized in our summer issue of the Radiographer and are listed below.
